Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink: "Black Soot" and "Antique linen"
Spellbinders: Long Rectangle and Labels 8

Have I mentioned how much I like the ROSETTE die from SIZZIX?  Probably once or twice.  I tell you, this baby works with almost any paper, and just skinny little pieces too!  More coloring with COPIC on this one too.  We had a blast getting together and creating one night last month....and COPICs are awesome.  Take a COPIC 101 class some time and find out for yourself!

FAB 5 Day 3

This was another favorite stamp from the HOUSE MOUSE collection.  I can see sitting on a beach right now!!!  The snow from the weekend really put me over the edge on this winter stuff!!

Materials:
     Paper: WeR Memory Keepers
     WorldWin cardstock
Spellbinders: Standard Circle and Circle Scallop Petite
Stamp: HOUE MOUSE and Stampers Anonymous
Bong: HERO ARTS
COPIC markers
Pop-dots
Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink "Black Soot" and Memento "Tuxedo Black"

The large scallop edge on the paper is part of the papers design.  We get really cute stuff from the WeR lines.

FAB 5 Day 2

More HOUSE MOUSE fun!

This image of the mouse passed out from eating too many treats was so cute, I just had to use it!

Materials:
Paper: My Mind's Eye "Fine & Dandy"
Spellbinders: Long Rectangle, Long Rectangle Scallop and Standard Circle
String: May Arts
Stamp: HOUSE MOUSE and My Mind's Eye "Lost & Found"
COPIC markers
Punch: EKSuccess

The pennants for the top of the card were made by marking out one inch increments of paper and then cutting out the angles....it will be much easier (and more fun) when the SPELLBINDERS ones arrive...with the matching scallop for the background!!

Another WISH

Since I was digging through those drawer files full of chipboard letters that were so darn popular a few years ago....I decided to make another WISH card.

Materials:
     Paper: Basic Grey
     WorldWin cardstock
Punch: Martha Stewart
Letters: Making Memories
String
Stamp: Stampers Anonymous
Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink: "Walnut Stain", "Vintage Photo" and "Old Paper"

This started out in the STASH DASH pile and ended in the "use it up" pile.  My quest for this year is to use up my STASH...all of it.  I am a little behind on this months "STASH DASH", but since FAB5 starts tomorrow....I won't be able to post any STASH cards until later.

Remember to stay tuned to this blog. the store blog and my FAB 5 peeps for the week of fun with HOUSE MOUSE stamps!!

GLEE

I did this page a while back (like, before Christmas!!).....and forgot about it apparently.....so here it is.  I think we are actually out of some of the papers for this one already and I might not remember what papers I used :) !!

Materials:
My Mind's Eye "Fine  & Dandy"
     Crate Paper
     Cosmo Cricket
Stickers: Reminisce and My Mind's Eye
Tag: October Afternoon
Button: KI or Flair?
Gems: Kaiser Craft
Spellbinders: Standard Circle

These photos were taken by my youngest child for a photography class on "blur" and he could not achieve the look he wanted, but my oldest was willing to keep riding the bike down the hill as fast as he could to "make it work"......400 photos later, I got these two that show how much fun he was having, not to mention how long his hair was!!

Wish

I ran across some old chipboard alphabet pieces that I wanted to use up and with a piece of "fossil" cardstock and some small pieces of patterned paper, I have a nice little birthday wish card to send out.

Materials:
     Paper: Paper Cut "Fossil" cardstock
     My Mind's Eye
Chipboard: ?
Cuttlebug "Seeing Spots" embossing folder
Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink "Shabby Shutters"

I kept it really simple with the little patterned squares and the inked letters.

Peeps

My 500th card post, can you believe it??  500 cards I have shared over the last 3 1/2 years.

Back to the card: Mr. Funny Bunny.  The mini acrylic sets from WeR are soooo adorable.  I think I used all three sets that I bought on this one!!

Materials:
Paper: WeR Memory Keepers 6x6 paper pad
     WorldWin cardstock
Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink: "Vintage Photo" and "Worn Lipstick"
Gems: Kaiser Craft
Spellbinders: Labels 10 and Fancy Labels
Pop-dots

Love these little PEEPS bunnies along the bottom.  The stamps are just adorable and fly out the door when we get them in.  I love PEEPS!  I have a hankerin' for a PEEP bunny butt right now!  They are the best when you roast them over an open fire and cover them with chocolate.

Sweetie!

CHALLENGE 20

I found a  fun sketch over at the My Mind's Eye blog and I had to give it a try.  I have so many other projects going on right now, it was nice to take a break from those to try something else.

Materials:
Paper: My Mind's Eye "Fine & Dandy: True Blue"
My Mind's Eye "Fine & Dandy: True Blue" 6x6 paper pad
Stickers: My Mind's Eye "Fine & Dandy: True Blue" and "Quite Contrary"
Brads: My Mind's Eye "Fine & Dandy: True Blue"
Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Ink: "Broken China"
Tim Holtz Distresser tool

Check out the sketches they have over at the MME blog by clicking the link above.  I handcut the heart from a sheet of the 6x6 paper pad.  I had to get the paper pad because I loved every sheet in the True Blue line!!  Then I had to buy the sticker sheet, the chipboard sheet and the brads.......I could not resist.

Easter Blessings

Another Easter card to add to my collection.

Materials:
Paper: Best Creations and WorldWin cardstock
(and scraps of Scenic Route and My Mind's Eye for butterflies)
Ink: Kaleidacolor "Riviera"
Spellbinders: Labels 10, Long Rectangle and Long Rectangle Scallop
Flowers: Prima
Gems: Hero Arts
Ribbon: May Arts
Punch: Martha Stewart (twig and butterflies) and EKSuccess (border)
Stamp: JUST RITE
Pop-Dots

JUST RITE has a fun sketch on their blog that I decided to try and here is the result.  I used my massive collection of Just Rite Alphabet sets to spell out "Easter Blessings" for my card.  I used a business size envelope format since the stamped image was nice and large.  I have the "Happy Everything Tag Making Set" which has a stamp for every holiday and more, but I wanted it to be larger so you could see the color variation in the ink pad.  So, I had to create my own.  Love that about Just Rite!!

I *heart* SPRING

I know I am getting a bit ahead of myself with the Spring wishes...but the "warm" weather yesterday was a nice change from the freezy cold of just a few days ago!

Materials:
Paper: WeR Memory Keepers (both the Easter and Valentines collections)
Sticker: WeR Memory Keepers
Ribbon: May Arts
Flower....made it with some ribbon......:)

The ribbon technique is something I might be teaching in a class down the line here, so the "lesson" will be saved for another day.  THINK SPRING!!

Make & Take project

I am a day behind on posting the Make & Take project from Thursday....it helps if you take a photo before you leave work for the day!!  We did a nice Valentine/Wedding card.  Some stamping and masking with the Spellbinders and a little bling.  We even had a fun little side project you could opt to do...but you had to be there to see what that was...miss a day, miss a lot.

Don't forget MONDAY FEBRUARY 14th isn't JUST Valentines Day....it's PICTURE THIS's CUSTOMER APPRECIATION WEEK kick off!!

Graphic45 DT CALL

A Quick disclaimer:
My current blog is running out of room and to save space I have had to resort to photographing my creations in lower quality settings before uploading.  Some of the creations below are in high resolution and others are not.  The decision now is whether to move to a new blog or pay to upgrade this one.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my G45 application blog link.
I hope you enjoy.

This last one is from our HOUSE MOUSE themed FAB 5 week.  I can always find a fabulous G45 paper to work with my themes.
