Pennant fun

It's been a while since I was able to play with my pennants....which I bought a few weeks ago, but I did this one as part of a class.  It has a fun different fold to it too.

Materials:
     Paper: Graphic45 "Le Cirque"
     Cardstock: Paper Cut and WorldWin
Spellbinders: Pennant and Pennant Scallop
Sizzix Alterations: Rosette

I love the bright colors of this paper line.  Well, I love pretty much ANY paper pattern in the Graphic45 line!
