More birthday wishes

I like this paper from Karen Foster. It has crazy vibrant colors.

Materials:
Paper: Karen Foster Designs "Summer Flowers"
WorldWin DoubleMates cardstock
WorldWin cardstock
Paper Cut "White Felt"
TCP Studios "Woodland Whimsy: Green Leaves"
Stamp: Inkadinkadoo Mini Clears and Stampendous "Changito"
Ink: Judith "Black" and Tim Holtz Distress Ink "Orange Marmalade" and "Vintage Photo"
Bling: Prima
NESTABILITES: Classic Squares, Labels Trio and Scalloped Edge Frame (flowers from the set)
CUTTLEBUG: "Pop Culture" borders
Pop-Dots
Blender pen

Using the DoubleMates from WorldWin I have that extra bit of color since they are a two sided cardstock. One side is lighter in color than the other side. I have trimmed the leaves from the Green Leaves paper and tucked them between the flowers cut from the Nestabilities dies. I highlighted the inside of the square frame and the sentiment frame with the technique I used the other day: leave the paper inside the die once it is cut and then gently go over the paper with a swipe of ink from the pad on a sponge or foam pad. I colored in "Changito" with the same blender pen technique from the other day too. A dab of color from the pad and swipe around the outside edge to fill in the color. Do wait until the background color is completely dry though...I didn't and my color ran a little. I was impatient!
